    @skinnyposey - Is it really that bad?
    Sometimes when i have been staving myself and i have a massive binge on greasy food or something thats the one thing i want to do. But i know my parents would hear me, so i am going to wait until everyone is out of the house before i try my first purge. But from what you said it sounds gross. I hate throwing up anyway, so maybe purging isn't for me.
    Yeah i know. Most days before school i always have breakfast to prevent me binging on lollies later that day. I make sure i have a wholegrain ceral with fruit and honey. But today i am not at school so i think i might fast until tea with the parents.

    @hunger_strike123 - For me purging was the most horrible thing I've ever done. I would prefer just to starve myself and live off chicken broth. When I eat too much I just take laxatives, I find its a lot easier on me but I suppose different people have different preferences.


    Another thing i'm doing to avoid feeling hungry is to make SURE I eat breakfast, if its really something good like two eggs and maybe some lean meat it will help you feel full for the day. I'm going to do a post with my favourite breakfast recipies.


    I'm sure its something we will all find usefull!

    Yeah i haven't tried diet pills either. I find it best to do something that takes your mind away from thinking about food and your hunger pains. Such as sport, computer games, with friends, chatting on internet, etc.
    Medication and pills seem a bit dogdy. And i really want to try purging but am i bit scared.
    If anyone has any tips for first time purgers i would love that.

    Laxatives: I find laxatives an uncomfortable way to lose weight, however it helps if purging isn't your thing and you don't want to digest that HUGE box of Krispy Kremes. I take 2 just before I go to sleep and usually one hour after you have woken up you don't need to use the bathroom anymore.


    Water: This is the best way to fill yourself up if you are hungry-start the day with warm water with lemon it kick starts your metabolism into shape for the day. You should make sure that you drink two LARGE bottles of water every day but make sure its ice cold instead of room temperature.


    Diet Pills: I have very little experience with Diet Pills, I have just ordered some with Green Tea (I want to keep it natural) but I want to find somewhere online which will sell me Clenbuterol....any tips?
